Lot 189: UK 1974-1980, Philatelic Collection including UPU FDC and Adventurer Album
A collection of philatelic material and ephemera housed in a cardboard storage box and a separate album. The lot includes a dark clothbound postage stamp album titled The Adventurer With Maps. A primary component is a UK First Day Cover (FDC) commemorating the centenary of the Universal Postal Union 1874-1974, franked with an 8p denomination and cancelled with a LONDON E.C. 12 JUNE 74 circular date stamp (CDS).
