Lot 621: A Pair of Rotary Gold-Toned Textured Bracelet Dress Watches
This lot comprises two vintage Rotary wristwatches featuring integrated gold-toned metal bracelets with a distinctive bark texture finish. The first watch is a ladies’ manual winding cocktail watch featuring a circular gold-toned sunburst dial with applied baton hour markers, marked Rotary and Swiss Made. The second watch is a larger quartz model featuring a diamond-shaped lozenge dial with a smoked brown-to-black gradient and applied baton markers, marked Rotary, Quartz, and Swiss Made. Both items are presented together in a black presentation box.
Case size (ladies’): approximately 15mm-18mm diameter. Case width (quartz): approximately 25mm-28mm.
Condition report:
Both watches are in good vintage condition with minor surface scratches and light wear to the gold-toned plating on the high points of the textured bracelets. The working order of both movements is untested; the quartz model may require a battery replacement.
