A trio of glazed ceramic horse figurines in the style of Beswick, finished in a palomino colourway. The group comprises three distinct models: a prancing horse with a chestnut body and contrasting white mane and tail, depicted with a raised foreleg; a standing horse in chestnut with white markings to the face and neck; and a small standing foal with chestnut colouring and four white stockings. Each figurine is finished in a high-gloss glaze characteristic of mid-20th-century animal models. No factory marks or embossed signatures are visible on the exterior surfaces. All three pieces bear orange adhesive inventory labels handwritten with the number 216, and the standing horse features an additional white label printed with 2 2.
Condition report:
The figurines appear to be in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of repair. Some minor surface wear and typical manufacturing variations in the glaze may be present. The undersides of the hooves have not been inspected.
