Lot 595: A Gents Vintage Tissot Seastar Automatic Wristwatch ( not authenticated )
A vintage Tissot Seastar automatic wristwatch, circa 1970s. The watch features a circular stainless steel case housing a silvered sunburst dial. The dial is configured with applied baton hour markers, luminous plots, and a date aperture at the 3 o’clock position. Markings include the stylized T logo, TISSOT SWISS, AUTOMATIC SEASTAR, and T SWISS MADE T at the six o’clock periphery. The watch is mounted on an aftermarket stainless steel expandable bracelet. Reference and serial numbers are not visible on the exterior. No box or papers are present.
Case size: 34mm.
Condition report:
The watch is in used vintage condition. The acrylic crystal is heavily scratched and scuffed throughout. There is a notable area of oxidation and discolouration on the dial surface near the 4 and 5 o\'clock markers. The case shows general surface wear and scratches consistent with age. The movement has not been tested for accuracy or power reserve.
