An Assortment of Wooden Side Chairs with Cane and Upholstered Seats
A group of wooden side and dining chairs featuring various construction styles including spindle-back and slat-back designs. The collection includes pieces crafted from both dark-toned and light-toned wood. Seating surfaces vary across the group, with some chairs featuring woven cane seats and others upholstered in a neutral tan-coloured padded fabric. One dark wood chair displays a spindle-back frame with turned supports, while an adjacent lighter wood chair features a curved top rail. Several chairs in the background are configured with fabric-covered seats and slat-back rests. Multiple orange adhesive lot tags are attached to the frames of the pieces.
The collection is in mixed condition with visible surface wear, scuffs, and scratches consistent with age and use. One dark wood spindle-back chair exhibits significant structural deterioration to the cane seating material, which is frayed and partially missing. Other chairs in the group appear to have intact cane or fabric seating, though they show varying degrees of finish wear to the wooden frames.
