A mid-century storage ottoman of serpentine-front form, attributed to Lloyd Loom. The body is constructed from woven fibre in a light green shade, accented with braided cord trim to the lid and base. The piece features a padded, hinged lid upholstered in a green and white chequered gingham fabric, fastened with a row of brass-toned upholstery tacks. The ottoman is raised on four short, shaped legs with a matching green finish.
Condition report:
Condition is consistent with age and use. There is noticeable surface staining and discolouration to the woven material. Light fraying is visible on the braided trim. Adhesive labels, including an orange price tag and a small white sticker, are present on the lid upholstery.
