Lot 366: An Edwardian Style Mahogany Two-Part Display Cabinet
A large two-part mahogany display cabinet comprising an upper glazed section and a lower base unit. The upper section is surmounted by an intricately carved and pierced Gothic-style fretwork cornice. The single glazed door features an oval-patterned astragal frame and opens to reveal an interior with multiple shelves lined in a yellow textile. The lower base unit is of bow-fronted form with a polished finish. The cabinet is constructed from dark-stained wood.
Condition report:
The cabinet is in good condition with minor surface dust and wear consistent with age. Small orange inventory labels are adhered to the surface.
