Lot 614: A Trio of Porcelain Tea Wares
A trio of porcelain tea wares comprising a cup and matching saucer with a deep cobalt blue glaze and a separate smaller cup. The cobalt blue set is finished with gilt rims and a white interior. The saucer has a lot tag numbered 66 affixed to the surface. The additional cup features a traditional Chinese decorative scheme with a red ground, green scrolling motifs, and a white medallion containing the character 萬 (Wàn), representing longevity. This cup also features a white interior glaze.
