An English pine dresser base, circa 1875, constructed from solid pine. The sideboard features a rectangular top with an integral tiered gallery shelf. The configuration consists of several drawers flanking a central two-door cupboard with arched recessed panels. The drawers are fitted with turned dark wood knobs. The entire piece is supported by a solid plinth base. The lot is accompanied by an associated pine frame intended for a plate rack or hutch, currently presented as an open skeletal structure.
