A mid-century mantel clock manufactured by Metamec, featuring an elongated hexagonal body with teak-veneer panels. The case is accented with brass-toned metal trim secured by dome-head rivets. The circular dial, set behind a glass cover, presents a two-tone design consisting of a cream-coloured centre and a gold-toned chapter ring with stylized Arabic numerals. The clock is fitted with ornate gold-toned hands and is marked METAMEC and MADE IN ENGLAND on the face.
