A pair of Chinese reticulated porcelain cricket cages of rectangular form. Each vessel features a circular opening at the top and is decorated in a polychrome palette with floral motifs in pink, green, and iron-red on a blue ground. The sides are constructed with pierced latticework, and each piece is raised on four small corner feet. Orange auction lot tags numbered 353 and white inventory stickers are adhered to the surface.
