A 19th-century Staffordshire earthenware flatback spill vase and clock group. The figurine depicts a Scottish Highland couple in traditional attire flanking a central clock face with Roman numerals. The earthenware body features hand-painted highlights in cobalt blue, orange, green, and pink glazes, including a green and orange plaid pattern on the male figure’s garment. The piece is constructed with a flat reverse intended for mantel display. Several auction lot stickers are present on the base, including an orange tag numbered 135 and white labels marked 6.
