Lot 80: A Collection of Burleigh Scilla and Other Blue and White Transferware Tableware
A collection of blue and white transfer-printed ceramic tableware, including pieces in the Scilla pattern by Lillian Delevoryas for Burleigh. The assortment comprises a lidded tureen with a traditional landscape scene, a small square serving dish, a hexagonal vessel, and a cylindrical jar containing two ceramic shakers. Also included are stacked circular plates featuring the dense botanical and foliage Scilla motif. The items are constructed from glazed ceramic with underglaze decoration in varying shades of blue. Several pieces retain orange inventory labels and a white lot tag.
