Timed auction of unsold lots from 10th December
Lot 155:
This lot comprises a diverse collection of primarily ceramic and porcelain decorative and functional items, housed within a cardboard box containing an interior wooden bowl. Key pieces include a white teapot with blue and white stripes, various creamers and small dishes decorated with floral motifs and gold trim, a prominent white swan figurine accompanied by smaller cygnets, a tapered vase with a multicolored (green, purple, white) glaze, and a decorative plate featuring a bird and botanical design in greens, blues, and browns. Other items include a white perforated vessel, a clear pressed glass dish, and several plain white cups. Many individual items bear small white inventory stickers marked “29 29.” An orange “155” lot sticker is affixed to the exterior of the cardboard box. The styles suggest a mid-to-late 20th-century period, encompassing traditional and decorative aesthetics.
