Lot 616: A Pair of Carnelian Beaded Necklaces
A pair of carnelian beaded necklaces. Each necklace features polished, reddish-orange, predominantly round, graduated beads, exhibiting a translucent to semi-translucent appearance. Each primary strand incorporates a carved, flat, reddish-orange ‘butterfly’ or ‘bow-tie’ shaped accent. Silver-toned metal clasps are visible on both strands. The jewelry is presented within a standard black jewelry box with a white satin lid and black velvet insert. An orange sticker with the handwritten number ‘616’ is affixed to the lower right of the velvet insert.
