Lot 204: A Collection of Holland Studio Craft Fables Unicorn and Pegasus Figurines
A substantial collection of approximately thirty to forty Holland Studio Craft Fables figurines. This lot predominantly features fantasy-themed subjects including unicorns and pegasi, often depicted with foals. Also present are a singular female figure mounted on a winged horse and a small deer. Executed in a late 20th to early 21st-century romantic fantasy style, these pieces exhibit detailed sculpting of flowing manes, tails, and wings. Many figurines rest on textured bases resembling natural terrain. The material appears to be molded resin or a similar composite, finished primarily in off-white or cream with subtle painted accents in gold, light blue, and earth tones. Some pieces incorporate small clear spheres. A partial inscription “JULIO” is visible on one base, and a “1992” date mark is present on some pieces, consistent with the Holland Studio Craft Fables production period.
