DECEMBER SALE
Lot 112:
A pair of antique heavy brass cooking vessels, likely saucepans, featuring a nested design. The larger, outer vessel is crafted from brass, exhibiting an aged and tarnished patina. The smaller, inner vessel, or lining, is constructed from a greyish metal, possibly tin. Both vessels are fitted with long, flat, utilitarian handles made of dark, heavily oxidized iron or steel, attached with prominent rivets. A white rectangular sticker with the numbers “17 17” is visible inside the smaller vessel.
