Lot 520: A Collection of Vintage Sterling Silver and Amber Jewelry
A collection of vintage sterling silver jewelry pieces. The grouping includes two pairs of dangle earrings: one pair of simple cross shapes, and another pair featuring intricate filigree teardrops. Additionally, there is a single dangle earring designed with a stylized butterfly motif, set with a round, dark cabochon, likely hematite. A prominent pendant features multiple bezel-set, polished cabochons of varying sizes in a warm, translucent amber hue. Also present is a small, organic-shaped charm, possibly a leaf. The items are confirmed as sterling silver by visible “925” markings on the back of one cross earring, the ear wires of the filigree and butterfly earrings, and the bail of the large pendant. The amber elements are consistent with Baltic amber.
