TIMED SALE TO END FRIDAY LAST CHANCE
A diamond solitaire engagement ring featuring a single round brilliant-cut diamond. The stone is secured in a four-prong white metal setting, elevated above a plain, polished white metal shank. The ring is presented in a rectangular hinged box with a dark exterior and a fitted interior. The interior lid is lined with cream-coloured silk bearing a gold-printed jeweler’s mark in four lines: CROOK & MOSES / JEWELLERS / WERE STREET / 216. The base of the box features a green velvet-lined circular fitment. No hallmarks or metal fineness marks are visible on the interior of the ring shank in the provided photographs.
Condition report:
The ring appears to be in good wearable condition. The diamond is securely held within the prongs and exhibits high brilliance (photo 2). The metal band shows light surface scratching and minor abrasions consistent with regular use (photo 2). The presentation box shows significant age-related wear, including scuffing, loss of the dark exterior finish particularly along the edges and corners, and staining to the cream silk lining (photo 1). The hinge appears functional.
