Live auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Start price: £2

Buyer's Premium:

A mixed group of decorative porcelain and glass items, predominantly featuring late 20th-century giftware. The collection includes a tall cylindrical porcelain vase and a trumpet-shaped vase, both decorated with transfer-printed floral sprays in pastel tones. There are several porcelain trinket boxes, including one circular example featuring a transfer-printed romantic scene of a couple in an 18th-century style landscape, a heart-shaped box with floral decoration, and multiple small circular lidded pots with floral transfers. One lid is decorated with applied three-dimensional ceramic flowers including a yellow rose. The lot also contains a porcelain turtle-shaped lidded box with pink rose transfers, a white porcelain pedestal stand with a gadrooned rim, and a miniature ewer and basin set. Glass and miscellaneous items include a cobalt blue glass paperweight, a polished reddish-brown stone egg, a souvenir spoon in a presentation box with a blue enamel crest, and a small circular frame containing dried flowers. A stack of white porcelain saucers with gilded rims is also included. Several pieces bear printed marks on the base, including a green circular backstamp and black lettering, though the specific manufacturer names are not clearly legible from the provided images. A rectangular orange adhesive label bearing the number 86 is present on one circular lid.

Condition report:

The collection is in generally good condition. Visible damage includes small chips to the delicate petals of the applied ceramic flowers on the yellow rose trinket box lid. There is minor rubbing to the gilded rims on the saucers and the pedestal stand. The cobalt blue glass paperweight shows light surface scratches consistent with handling. No other significant cracks or repairs are visible in the photographs.
