A collection of English fine bone china tableware produced by Royal Albert in the Old Country Roses pattern. Each piece is constructed with a white, translucent body featuring a scalloped and fluted form. The decoration consists of transfer-printed clusters of deep red, pink, and yellow roses accompanied by green foliage. The rims, handles, and foot rings are finished with a stippled or sponged gilt border. The collection includes two standard teacups, two larger breakfast cups, an additional teacup, three circular saucers, and one lobed tray. The base of one cup features a printed mark consisting of a floral graphic in red, yellow, and green, beside which curved pink text reads Old Country Roses. Below this, green capital letters read ROYAL ALBERT, BONE CHINA, and ENGLAND. Several pieces also bear orange adhesive price stickers reading 50 and 10.
