Live auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Start price: £2

Buyer's Premium:

An extensive collection of decorative and functional glassware, primarily featuring lead crystal with various cut designs. The assortment includes a variety of forms such as stemmed glassware, bowls, small dishes, and speciality items. Many pieces exhibit traditional hand-cut patterns including diamond or criss-cross motifs, often paired with fan or thumbprint accents. A prominent circular compote or rose bowl features deep geometric cutting and a scalloped rim. Two decorative crystal hand bells are present, featuring faceted handles and diamond-cut bodies. The collection also includes several small plates and saucers with starburst or sunburst patterns to the bases. A notable inclusion is a tall, slender perfume atomizer crafted from opaque swirled purple glass, fitted with a gold-tone metal pump and a yellow fabric-covered bulb. A large, shallow bowl or plate is decorated with frosted floral and leaf motifs accented with pink-tinted details. A small circular crystal holder containing a single red taper candle is also part of the group. Several pieces bear small white adhesive labels with the number 16 and one orange label with the number 7, which appear to be temporary inventory or lot markers. No manufacturer marks, acid-etched signatures, or brand labels are visible on the bodies or bases of these items.

Condition report:

The collection generally appears to be in good condition. The cut glass and crystal pieces show no significant cracks or large chips visible in the overview. One stemmed glass on the left side of the group shows some internal cloudiness or residue. The fabric covering on the purple perfume atomizer bulb exhibits some age-related wear and fraying. The red taper candle shows signs of use or age.
