Lot 521: A mahogany-toned two-tier side table with square tapered legs
A mahogany-toned side table of traditional design featuring a rectangular top with a moulded bevelled edge. The top is finished with a mahogany veneer and sits above a shallow, shaped apron on all four sides. The piece is supported by four square tapered legs that are joined by a central lower shelf with a matching moulded edge. A small orange rectangular adhesive sticker and a small white rectangular adhesive label are present on the right edge of the tabletop; however, the characters on these labels are not legible. No other marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the piece.
Condition report:
The table is in good used condition. Several minor surface scratches, light scuffs, and abrasions are visible across the mahogany-toned finish of the tabletop (photo 1). Small areas of wear to the finish are present on the edges and corners of the lower shelf and at the base of the feet (photo 1). The piece appears structurally sound.
