An assortment of white porcelain tea and coffee service items featuring various decorative patterns. The collection includes a teapot with a fluted body, decorated with rows of small dark grey or black dots bordering the rim and base. The lid of this teapot features a central circular detail finished in a solid blue tone. Also included is a tall, cylindrical lidded pot with a plain white body, featuring a gilded rim and a spherical gilded finial to the lid. The lot further comprises various teacups and saucers; one group features transfer-printed pink rose designs, while another features delicate wildflower sprays. Several items throughout the lot are finished with gilded rims. A circular mark is applied to the base of one upturned saucer, but the characters are blurred and not clearly legible as a name. No other maker marks or factory stamps are discernible in the images. A circular white adhesive label is attached to the lid of the cylindrical pot, reading 77.
Condition report:
The items are loosely packed in a cardboard box and show signs of domestic use. Visible wear is present on the gilding of the cylindrical pot finial (photo 1). No large chips or cracks are immediately apparent from the overview, though individual pieces may show minor surface wear, light crazing, or small nicks consistent with age and previous use.
