Lot 550: An Assortment of Eight Decorative Throw Pillows including Damask Pleated Velvet and Fabric Rose Designs
An assortment of eight decorative throw pillows featuring a variety of textures and traditional patterns. The lot includes a pair of rectangular pillows with a scrolling damask design in taupe and muted sage green, finished with a smooth satin-like sheen. A further pair of dark teal velvet pillows feature fine vertical pleating across the face. Two circular white pillows are decorated with concentric sheer fabric ruffles arranged to resemble a large rose bloom. These rose pillows have white fabric manufacturer labels attached; one label shows a logo of two overlapping circles or a stylized W, while the supplementary text on the labels is too small to be legible. Completing the set is a pair of square ice-blue pillows with a diamond-quilted pattern accented by clear diamante beads at the junctions. One of the ice-blue pillows is finished with a fringed border. Small white adhesive labels marked 17 are attached to multiple items. An orange adhesive label is present on a damask pillow, but the text cannot be read.
Condition report:
The pillows appear in good used condition. There are no visible tears, heavy stains, or missing diamante accents. Light surface wrinkling is present throughout the collection, consistent with previous use and storage (photo 1).
