Lot 515: A Trio of Contemporary Tapered Glass Prism Lamp Shades
A trio of contemporary tapered lamp shades constructed with polished metal circular frames. Each shade is composed of multiple rectangular, bevel-edged glass prisms suspended from the top frame and linked vertically by small metal wire clips. The shades are designed with a central metal ring for mounting directly onto a lamp socket. The shade on the far left bears a white adhesive sticker on the top ring reading 17 17. Below this, on the interior edge of the ring, is a small black label featuring a white lightbulb icon followed by the text MAX 40W. A similar white adhesive sticker reading 18 18 is present on the surface between the objects.
Condition report:
The shades are in good used condition with all glass prisms present and appearing intact. The metal components show minor surface wear, light scratches, and faint signs of tarnishing consistent with use. There is light dust accumulation between the glass facets.
