Lot 448: A Trio of Carp Fishing Tackle comprising a Spinning Reel, Rod Section, and Landing Net
A set of coarse fishing equipment featuring a black fixed-spool spinning reel, a partial fishing rod, and a landing net. The reel is equipped with a rear drag adjustment knob and a folding handle with a contoured plastic grip. The side plate of the reel features the printed white lowercase text high precision carp reel. The spool is marked with the model HW 3500 and line capacity specifications including 0.20/220 and 0.25/160. The rod component includes a black EVA foam handle and a screw-down reel seat. A black wide-mesh landing net is bundled with the rod section.
Condition report:
The items are in a heavily soiled condition, showing a significant accumulation of surface dust, dirt, and grit consistent with long-term storage in a garage or shed (photo 1). The EVA foam grip on the rod shows minor signs of wear and surface abrasions (photo 1). The fishing line on the spool appears aged and potentially brittle (photo 1). The mechanical operation of the reel and the full condition of the net mesh have not been tested.
