Lot 264: A Collection of Household Linens Including a Dorma Seville Bedding Set and Liddell's Irish Damask Napkins
A collection of unused household linens in original retail packaging, comprising bedding sets and boxed table linens. The group includes a packaged double duvet set in cream and taupe tones. The design features horizontal panels with one section showing cream floral embroidery and sequin embellishments. A black printed adhesive label on the front reads Double Duvet Set, 1 duvet 200cm x 200cm, 2 pillowcases 48cm x 74cm, and (all sizes approx). This package also bears an orange adhesive sticker printed with 266 and a white sticker with 17 17.
Several packages of white bedding from the brand Dorma are included. One prominently displayed package is for the Seville pattern, with a label reading Dorma, www.dorma.co.uk, Seville, Machine washable, Supersoft 100% cotton, Easy to iron and care for, and Featuring a deep border of broderie anglaise embroidery in both white & cream. A barcode sticker in the top right corner identifies it as SEVILLE PILLOWCASE 65x65cm, product code DOVV06A2WH, with barcode 5 013959 822895. This package has a red Dorma 30% off Sale adhesive sticker and an orange sticker printed 264. Another Dorma package features a label with two crests and the text Dorma, LONDON, and Pillowcase, bearing a red adhesive price sticker reading now 50p.
The collection also includes a cardboard box for Liddell’s Irish Damask napkins. The lid is printed with LIDDELL’S IRISH DAMASK and Hand Finished Damask Napkins, with a size noted as 22 x 22. Blue ink handwriting on the box lid reads CLR 6/6. All items are contained within their original clear plastic retail wrapping or cardboard boxes.
Condition report:
The items are in unused condition within their original retail packaging. The plastic packaging shows typical crinkling and minor surface wear from storage (photo 1). The cardboard box for the napkins shows some light scuffing and handwriting on the lid (photo 1). The textiles themselves appear to be in their original folded state with no visible faults through the clear packaging. Various retail, clearance, and lot stickers are present on the exterior of the packaging.
