Lot 479: An Assortment of Mixed Ceramic Tea and Dinnerware including Royal Commemorative Pieces
An assortment of ceramic tea and dinnerware, primarily bone china and porcelain. The collection includes a large teapot with matching lid, multiple tea cups, saucers, side plates, dinner plates, and a decorative multi-aperture blue and white vessel. Decoration techniques include transfer-printed patterns, hand-painted floral motifs, and extensive gilded detailing. Notable components include tea cups featuring a blue lattice pattern and a gilded Royal Cypher for Queen Elizabeth II (ER with crown) to the interior. Also present is a group of plates with wide maroon borders and gilded classical scrollwork, alongside various tea wares decorated with pink rose sprays and scalloped gilded rims. The teapot shows heavy gold-printed foliate and geometric borders. The blue and white vessel features five circular apertures and linear decoration.

Items are sold as viewed. The visible pieces appear to be in good overall condition. Minor surface scratches, slight loss to the gilding on rims, and occasional small chips consistent with bulk storage and use are present across the lot. The teapot and principal plates appear intact.
