Lot 554: A Collection of Fishing Rods and Bags Including a Lews Speedstick and a Classic Nite Stick
A collection of multiple fishing rods and fabric protective bags. The group features a Lews Speedstick multi-piece rod with a black composite blank, orange silk whippings on the line guides, and white printed maker markings. Also included is a Classic Nite Stick catfish casting rod, characterised by its white glow tip section and red whippings. A third, heavier-duty rod is present, featuring a light grey textured handle and a black screw-down reel seat. Portions of a further rod with a blue-finished blank are visible beneath the storage bags. The lot includes two fabric rod bags, one constructed from brown canvas-style material and the other from a burgundy fabric.
Condition report:
The items are in used, stored condition. Visible surface dust is present across the rods and bags. One rod tip has a small orange adhesive tag attached. The fabric bags show signs of age with creasing and light soiling. Line guides on the visible rod sections appear intact. The full functional condition of all components and rod joints has not been tested.
