Lot 446: Large Rectangular Woven Willow Picnic Hamper
A large rectangular picnic hamper constructed from natural woven willow in a traditional weave pattern. The basket is fitted with a central black leatherette-padded carrying handle and two matching black leatherette straps secured by chrome-finished metal pin buckles. The lid is attached via a woven hinge mechanism. An orange adhesive label is present on the upper left corner, and small white labels marked with the numeral 4 are affixed to the handle and one strap base.
Condition report:
The hamper is in good condition with no visible breaks or losses to the wicker weave. The leatherette components show minor surface wear and creasing from use. The metal buckles exhibit light surface scratching.
