Lot 418: A Collection of Decorative Glass Swan and Fruit Figurines
A collection of clear and coloured glass figurines featuring various swan designs and an iridescent fruit motif. The assortment includes a tall stylized bird on a conical pedestal base with a long tapering neck, a large swan dish with frosted and textured wings, and a swan with a crackle glass body. Also present are multiple smaller swan figurines in clear glass and two examples in clear and blue glass. One clear glass apple figurine is finished with an iridescent opalescent coating. Construction techniques across the lot include hand-blown, spun, and moulded glass. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible, although some items retain numerical stock or auction stickers.
Condition report:
The collection is in good overall condition. No chips or cracks were observed, including to the delicate necks and wing tips of the swan figures. Minor surface dust and light wear consistent with age and display.
